Wallet - Ten Card Holder

Considered purchasing a Minimalist Wallet but couldn't find one to fit all of my cards. Decided to attempt a 3D Print version instead. Found three intriguing wallet designs on Thingiverse: - flowalistik's "Maker Wallet - Fully 3D Printable"; - Amplivibe's "Folding wallet cassette"; and, - CedricWas's "Wallet for cards (Secrid wallet)" None suited my needs and have come up with a version utilizing various concepts of the above wallets into one. After several prints, I have derived at an appropriate wallet thickness to accommodate my driver's license, memberships, health and credit cards while still able to fit comfortably in my front pant pocket. Found 16mm or 5/8" wallet thickness worked best. It can hold up to 10 cards without embossed lettering and/or numbering. Opening the wallet require thumbs to be placed at the extreme ends of the two halves. Grooves provided for improved grip. Two case halves and associated hinge points have spacing set to 0.3mm. When spacing adjusted to 0.2mm, my PRUSA MK3 Printer would fuse certain sections of the hinge together, while set to 0.4mm induced too much side-play after the wallet has been worked in. Printed in PETG has proved to be durable. No evidence of cracking or deformation after 2 months of use.
