Initially, I encountered a similar design with closely spaced teeth that failed to work effectively. Leveraging my experience in creating barbershop combs from sprint steel, I decided to improve upon this concept. After several revisions, I developed an efficient design suitable for on-the-go use. This comb, which fits conveniently into a wallet's credit card slot, offers a quick solution when you need to comb your hair away from home. Despite its compact size, it outperforms traditional combs in portability. For printing, I recommend a .35mm nozzle and a .2mm layer height. If the tines don't fill properly, adjust the nozzle size to .30mm in your slicer settings. This will ensure optimal filling. You may need to use a file to clean between the tines for a smoother experience or opt for a vapor bath if you print with ABS material.
