Wallet 2.0
thingiverse
I've been carrying my older version of 3D printed wallet for quite some time now, printing new ones as I got tired of the colors or wore out. Every time I'd print though, the supports would be a pain in the neck to get out. the arms would also get pretty worn out, since there is no connector between them at the end. This version is beefed up and separated into two pieces to make it easier to print. I also like the fact that it can be two colors this way. The yellow and black in the picture is really badass if you'd ask me. For the best structural integrity you need to print the wallet flat, and the money clip upright on its side. Print them solid. the wallet portion will require supports, but they should be simple to remove. The money clip will not require supports. Once they're printed, simply use some contact cement or some sort of glue, and just glue the two pieces together.
