Wall thickness test for Zortrax M200
thingiverse
Just conducting some tests to understand M200 walls better...\nMy M200 nozzle measures in at 0.4mm, but testing thicker walls with 3 layers of 0.4mm just ended up being an empty shell, without infill.\nDeciding to dive deeper, I conducted a series of tests on wall thickness from 0.1 to 2mm and found that the Z-Suit slicer handles wall size perfectly well.\nThe results showed me that walls less than 0.5mm don't print at all, and even thicker walls like 1mm, 1.1mm and 1.2mm only result in a hollow shell...\nThe more you learn about your printer, the better designed your prints will be.
