Kids today are ridiculously intelligent, rendering traditional open-sided wall switch guards essentially useless. To slow them down, we need to add an extra step to turning on and off the switch - literally! By using a pencil or similar object, you can now push on the switch through the hole at the top or bottom, effectively bypassing the guard altogether.
