This is a shelf support available in multiple sizes for practical use. Since FDM 3D prints are significantly weaker along the Z-axis, the design was created to be printed horizontally. To achieve this, the diagonal support was made as thin as necessary to provide stability without interfering when mounting the shelf. When printing with sufficient infill and shells, the result is actually quite robust. To ensure proper assembly, use screws with flat heads, not conical ones typically used for wood construction. Conical screws tend to split the prints apart. Screws should be of 4 mm diameter with an 8 mm screw head. Four different models are provided, each featuring a diagonal support length of 50, 90, 120, and 150 mm respectively.
