I'm running low on voltage cables up a wall to a flat panel, so I decided to put a cover on the box. A single hole cover is perfect, but it's designed for a single gang outlet. Still, I wanted to use the cover so I designed an adapter plate to mount to the box and give a place for the plate to attach to. I hope this helps you as it did me.
