I designed this thing with Tinkercad. Check it out online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/b2fWQPlocn0. This is a custom wall plate made specifically for standard 2-outlet wall sockets. I carefully measured the dimensions using a digital caliper, taking them from an old broken wall plate cover that I had on hand. The result fits almost perfectly, but you might need to do some minor sanding to get the outlet holes just right.
