Wall Planter Holder

Wall Planter Holder

I wanted to put my plants up on the wall without having to buy or print an entire shelf as I was looking for a sleeker look. So, we came up with this Wall Planter Holder design ! The two screw holes are designed to hold round head just as well as flat head, so they don't protrude at all. In fact, the screws are mostly hidden and will even be invisible depending on your plant's size. The planter in the picture is 4 inches in diameter. The Holder screws into the wall with two screws, and the planter simply sits inside the Holder ring. I recommend using a planter with a strainer that sits in an external pot or a planter without drainage holes to avoid water spills or dry dirt on your floor. To print this design, place the Hanger bottom side down on your 3D printer bed. I didn't need any supports for the screw holes. Please post a picture of your Holders with your plant babies ! *Pot size:* The diameter of the hole where the pot sits is 1.87 inches (47.60mm, just under 1 7/8"). *Screw information, also known as Counterbore hole dimensions:* The two screw holes are designed to hold round head just as well as flat head screws. I used a #2 head and #8 screw. - The diameter of the hole for the screw head is between 5/16" and 11/32" (8mm). - The depth of the hole for the screw head is between 3/32" and 1/8" (3mm). - The diameter of the hole for the screw body is between 5/32" and 3/16" (4mm). Stay tuned!
