I designed a lamp base to direct light towards the ceiling without dazzling people standing nearby. It fits between the rim and original base of an IKEA PS 2017 lamp, allowing a 40-degree angle adjustment against the wall. Replace the two screws with threaded rod ends and secure them together using washers.
