I designed a solution to securely attach my charging multiport outlet module with integrated USB charging ports to the outlet plug. The cords were constantly causing it to become dislodged, risking it falling out. In the photo, you can see it attached to my light cord and several chargers plugged in, mostly low-wattage devices well below 15A. This design utilizes three zip ties to create a strap, one of which has its head cut off to lock into place on one side, while the two intact zip ties are locked together and tightened for added stability.
