I like the holder from which I remixed this, but my outlet is GFCI and needed a few tweeks.Gap at top to allow access to the GFCI Reset button.Recess at back of top to fit over the GFCI body.Mounting hole for the screw.I also made the shelf just a bit wider for my phone.
