A simple solution that allows you to wall mount/hang items for display, even if they don't have any existing way to do it. There are two types: Standard and Heavy Duty. The Standard type is perfect for smaller/lighter items and situations where a small size is crucial so they can be hidden from view. The Heavy Duty type has a larger backing plate, requiring a bigger piece of mounting tape, making it ideal for larger/heavier things. In the example shown, I had to mount a souvenir Boomerang from Australia. It didn't have any facility for wall mounting, but these blocks made it easy to do so. This same solution can be applied to other objects you may want to wall mount that don't have standard mounting facilities. The downloadable file includes two 'wall mounts' used in conjunction with regular picture hooks and high-strength double-sided foam mounting tape (available at most hardware stores). Once installed, you'll be able to hang and remove the item as easily as a usual picture from the wall. If relocation is required, simply install new picture hooks in the correct positions... accuracy is just as important as when hanging a picture. As the Boomerang is quite small and lightweight, the standard Wall Mounts were an ideal choice.
