I made a remix of the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:97513 project with some key changes: I shortened the backplane for faster printing times. Rounding the corners makes it look sleeker. To simplify the import process, I rotated the STL file to be directly compatible with Slic3r. To build your case, simply print it (material and infill are not that crucial - I used ABS with 25% infill), then attach it securely to the wall using strong double-sided foam tape.
