Wall mounted Spanner holder
thingiverse
Have spent more than a little time trying to produce a mount for my spanners, wanted something grow when my collection did so had to be individual but only had a small foot print, as well as showing the size of spanner. My first attempts revolved around a screw down the middle and no base plate and although successful reading the spanner size was not. I have attached Fusion360 file so hopefully you can change things to suit other sizes, if not drop a line and I can make one. the base plate is only 1.2mm thick but seems fine. The screw holes are 3.5mm. The holders are at angles of 15° to match most spanners to get them to sit flat to the wall. if some one has a multi colour printer then the numbering can be done in a different colour, or like me you can use a maker pen. Although I do find better results with aycrilic pens when I can find them. I only used a 15% fill and they seem sturdy enough. There is a 2mm chamfer base to cylinder and chamfers around the numbering to. I did have one issue with the 12mm holder it seperated base to cyclinder but i think this was my heavy handed use of an oversized electric screwdriver. But if not happy you can increase the fill. UPDATED 02/22: After a request for every size 4 to 26 I have added a folder on https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/123159-wall-mounted-spanner-holder , (404error on this site at time of upload) Each hook base is 38mm tall but do vary in widths, the base thickness has also increased to 1.5mm. HOWEVER, As i did not have the spanners to measure i have added the fusion 360 file so you can change parameters as you see fit. Prusa i3 mk3s Sunlu PLA+ at 210° bed at 60°
