Wall Mounted Organizer
thingiverse
Due to virtual learning student, and teachers have a mess of wires with no space on their desks. The organizer I have created will take some of those wires away from your desk, along with giving you more space on your desk. The organizer mounts on the wall, taking a few things off the desk. There is a little box-shaped opening on one side of the organizer where you can place your phone while working. There is also a small hole there so you can charge it at the same time. Extending off of that box is a shelf where you can place a tablet or laptop while recharging them at the same time. Under that self is another for earphones, AirPods, headsets, or any extra things one may have. On the second shelf, there is also a pencil holder. By moving these objects to the side, there will be fewer wires on your desk, making it a lot more organized. While creating this, I had difficulty figuring out a way for it to mount onto the wall. Once I figured out how I wanted to mount it to the wall, it took me a while designing and creating it online. If I had a chance to redesign this, I would change the way I mounted it to the wall. With my current design, you have to be very precise with the angles, or else it won't set properly. By 3D printing the organizer, I will get to see and evaluate any issues that arise. If there are issues, I can go back and fix them.
