Here are some innovative slide-together honeycomb shelf units I designed using Fusion360 after getting inspiration from others but tweaking them to my liking. These units consist of the following components: The mounting base features six sides that slide together, with five holes for screws. The support base has two sides that slide together and includes two screw holes, typically used on the edges of mounted areas for added stability. The plain body comes in three variants: a 6-sided model without any additional features, a 2-sided model designed for easy assembly, and a 3-sided model with a slightly different configuration. The files also include 70% scaled versions of these units. At both 100% and 70% scales, the wall thickness is set to 3.2mm, which suits a 0.8mm nozzle and allows for two-layer thick inner and outer walls for faster print times. To optimize print times and minimize material usage, I've scaled down the slide-together components. UPDATE: I've added shelf bodies that can be inserted into the center of the honeycomb to maximize space utilization inside the unit. These shelf bodies can be printed flat and then easily slid into place without any issues. Additionally, I've included 6-sided and 3-sided 70% scale outer support bodies for improved structural integrity.
