I designed this mount by request, a version of the original found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1271796, with three strategically placed countersunk holes to secure it in place using screws. The design accommodates #5 or #6 wood screws, and while I haven't personally tested it, it should work seamlessly for this purpose.
