I simply designed it by drawing a profile after measuring the pole's dimensions that fits inside, creating a straightforward revolve extrude. The sketch originated from the UltiShaper and was easily imported into OpenSCAD, which seamlessly supports revolve extrusion. I then 3D printed it in PLA on my trusty Ultimaker Original.
