Wall Mounted Cup Holder With Hook for Glasses/Adaptable Sizes
thingiverse
This was manufactured using a Robo 3D R1+ with a 0.6mm nozzle tip. The precision tolerances on mine were slightly off, but I successfully adjusted them by tapping gently with a hammer. To accommodate potential tight spots, I intentionally added some flexibility to the back section of the design. Installing a backplate is highly recommended as it adds essential rigidity to the overall structure. The screw holes were strategically angled at approximately 30 degrees to ensure even weight distribution between the backplate and screws when subjected to downward force. Smaller nozzle sizes will inevitably prolong printing time, but I prioritized simplicity in the design while focusing on quick and effortless fabrication. This model was printed within a 20-30 minute timeframe using my Robo with the 0.6mm nozzle, suggesting that smaller nozzles like 0.4mm or 0.2mm would significantly increase printing time. The material used for this project is Worksteel Wood Filament. Feel free to remix this design, but please note that it's licensed under non-commercial share alike terms.
