Wall Mounted Bracket - 6MM Slot

I required a robust wall bracket to secure my XCarve electronics, which featured a slot for a 5-6mm perspex sheet. I designed this part to be printed in two halves and when bolted together forms an incredibly strong yet lightweight right-angled bracket. The actual gap in the shelf was intended as 5.5mm, but due to tolerances in both the print and the perspex used it comes out nearer 6mm - resulting in a snug fit without requiring any sanding. If you need a different sized gap (+/- 1-3mm), I recommend simply increasing or decreasing the percentage factor during printing. Each half of the bracket can be printed with the largest side facing downwards and no rafts or supports needed (although enabling support will result in supported screw holes to aid print completion). You can see in the final image the fully mounted XCarve electronics on perspex, secured using four sets of these brackets attached to wood screws (3mm) inserted into a wooden wall.
