I printed mine with PETG 30% infill & 5 perimeters. Simulation tested in Solidworks to remove non load bearing material.Avoid using PLA - its mechanical properties don't lend itself well for holding this much weight for an extended period of time and thermal properties aren't garage friendly in the summer time.I've had mine mounted for 11 months so far with no measurable deflection.
