This is a wall mount for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 FE, which mounts to a standard 2 gang electrical box, although it'll also fit over a single gang. It has holes for 3*2mm magnets in the front facing corners, which are meant to affix it to a frame. There is also a 3mm hole on the top, which can be used with a brass insert for an m3 screw to prevent the frame from coming off.
