I design clamps that securely fasten a 10mm thick panel against a wall, with a top section that adjusts smoothly to simplify installation and disassembly processes. For this adjustable top portion, I opted for M4x30 screws paired with corresponding nuts, while relying on 5mm self-tapping screws to anchor the clamp directly into the wall itself.
