This wall-mountable VESA compatible iPad holder comes in various materials like bamboo, birch plywood, and Corian. An acrylic version would look great too. To make it, first, cut the front face using a CNC machine with 3/4" material depth, then sand exterior surfaces and the headphone access port. Next, cut the back face from 1/2" material, drill appropriate holes for M4 screw inserts, and sand the interior side. Create a keyhole toolpath for easy mounting. Insert the iPad so that the squircle button is on the right. Cut out a self-adhesive foam insert for added protection, then glue the front and back together without any squeeze-out. Sand to 400 grit and apply a suitable finish. Install M4 inserts in VESA mounting holes and send a photo of your finished product to photos@waletmount.com. For easier assembly, print the provided mounting template on an 8.5 x 11" paper. More information is available at http://www.waletmount.com.
