This is a wall mount specifically designed for the SiliconDust HDHR5-4US HDHomeRun Connect Quatro 4-Tuner, available on Amazon at https://amzn.to/2Jxf1Ht. Print two of these mounts to securely fasten it to the wall. The mounting holes can be easily resized by remixing the design, but I've intentionally created this mount for straightforward installation using drywall screws.
