Wall mount filament spool holder

Wall mount filament spool holder

I created this wall mounted spool holder design with material efficiency in mind while ensuring its durability can withstand multiple full spools of filament and a sturdy wooden rod, which is pretty heavy-duty. It holds up fantastically well. I shopped for the wooden rod at Home Depot, essentially a closet rod used for hanging clothes. I also picked up the screws and anchor from Home Depot (the exact image above). The hole tolerance for the wooden rod is quite tight, allowing it to stay securely in place without needing to be screwed down and hold really well by friction alone, preventing it from falling off the wall while printing, which would be a disaster. To add or remove spools, I simply twist one side of the rod until it pops out of the hole.
