Wall Holster/Holder for Credit-Card sized LED remotes (MultiClip)

There are numerous LED lamps and LED strips available today that come equipped with surprisingly similar-looking credit-card sized IR remotes for use on them. These remotes have a tendency to get misplaced and always seem to end up in the most unexpected places. In an effort to solve this problem, I created this wall holder for those remotes. It can be used with remotes that are up to 7.5mm thick and features a spring to hold the remote firmly in place even if your little child is being a bit rough while trying to press those colorful buttons. If you want to use this holder, you will need to print it along with two MultiClips of your choice, allowing you to mount the holder to a surface in whatever way you prefer. You can find the MultiClip in my public designs, which come with an extensive explanation. I recommend printing this object in ABS or ABS+ because it is more flexible and less rigid than PLA, which tends to leave fewer scratches on your remote and also makes the springy part less prone to breaking off with ABS. You can see pictures of the mounted result for a better impression. In that example, I used two Glue Clips with unstintingly laid out globs of hot glue on them and pressed it firmly in place. However, there are also clips available for screwing, stapling, and even rail mounting. If you like the MultiClip idea, you might want to take a look at some more MultiClip-enabled designs. You are also very welcome to use the MultiClip Templates for your own objects.
