Wall-E - simplified but cute and printable
thingiverse
We created Wall-E together, my 14-year-old nephew and I, as part of our project to introduce him to OpenSCAD. His innovative idea led us to dive right in, despite it being a bit challenging for a beginner's first step. The end result turned out adorable. The SCAD files for the robot are included for anyone who wants to experiment. Instructions: First, lay the model on its back when printing, ensuring support is applied to all surfaces above 65 degrees. Printing settings: Use a layer height of 0.2mm. Infill density should be set to just 5%. Slicing was done using Kisslicer software.
