thingiverse
This project brings together twelve-volt MR16 LED bulbs and everyday electronic components to create a versatile light. It bears a striking resemblance to Disney's beloved Wall-e robot. Here are some links to the various components involved: Bulbs: Canadian Tire sells Noma 50W MR16 soft white LED bulbs in packs of two, item number 3990220p. Switches: Banggood offers Wendao KCD-101 steel rocker switches, which come with a ten-pack and feature a simple ON/OFF design. Voltage display: A digital voltmeter available on Banggood measures voltages between three and thirty volts, displaying the reading on an LED panel meter. Screws and nuts: For this project, you'll need M2 x 15 screws and matching M2 nuts. These can be found in a variety of quantities on Banggood. XT-60 connector: To complete your build, grab an XT-60 male connector from Banggood's selection. Tripod mount nut: You'll also require a 1/4-20 nut, which can be purchased at any hardware store.
