Create a custom costume for your Pololu Zumo robot that makes it look like Wall-E, the beloved Pixar character. To do this, you will need a few different components: First, take the standard robot case of the Pololu Zumo and spray paint it to be black. Next, take the motor and gear box off the robot case to reveal the Zumo's electrical system underneath. Wrap clear tape around the electronics inside the robot case to protect them from scratches and make cleaning easier. Take some black plastic tubing and use hot glue to attach a piece of cardboard with a round shape drawn on it, forming a miniature Earth globe. Glue another cardboard circle around the bottom half of the Earth globe so that it will be covered. Use the paint you sprayed onto the Zumo robot earlier to draw some dirt texture onto this part. Once it is completely dry glue some cotton balls into position where they should look like dirty areas on Wall-E's head. This will not make a full representation but can easily get it looking somewhat familiar. If using paint, it will add extra layer of protection from wear and tear which is very important for an everyday robot that could potentially experience many bumps throughout its life time.
