Wall Control Pegboard Tool Hangers

This marks the start of an exciting project aimed at crafting holders that perfectly complement Wall Control peg boards. Prior attempts at 3D printing pegboard accessories have proven less than successful, particularly when using a metal pegboard - the pegs would often snag and break easily while moving items. However, my current pegboard is manufactured by Wall Control, which offers an added advantage of supporting slots. Rather than attempt to print hangers, I've designed a "bracket" that seamlessly integrates with the 7/8" Wall Control hook. This innovative design requires one bracket for each end - simply insert the hooks into the Wall Control slots and the 3D printed brackets effortlessly slide over them. My initial creation is a pliers holder capable of accommodating eight pliers (measuring 13mm x 34mm in a rounded rectangle shape). Note: The Hanger STL files, as well as iges/step versions, are intended for integration into remixes - printing them is unnecessary. The hanger itself measures 5/8" wide and requires its center to be positioned at a multiple of 1" (2.54mm) away from the opposite one for optimal results. Building your tool shelf between two of these brackets is an ideal solution.
