Wall Control - Dremel bit holder mashup
thingiverse
This mashup is a unique blend of various Dremel accessory holders, combined with my modified wall control hook designs found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4097266 and tailored slicer settings (S3D) to leave the honeycomb infill uncovered, which I utilize to store my bits. NOTE: This is not a standard pegboard; it's specifically designed for Wall Control slot boards. Initially, I planned to create distinct holes for each accessory tool, but anticipating future needs, I opted to add numerous tool holes instead. Unfortunately, this resulted in significantly increased plastic usage and slowed down the printing process. After some careful consideration, I realized that I could utilize the honeycomb infill and configure S3D to omit a top layer, effectively transforming it into bit holders. Additionally, I incorporated slots for storing cutting wheels, drum sanders (including smaller ones), collets, and potentially numerous bits depending on their diameter. Print settings play a crucial role in making this mashup functional; it's essential to utilize the Variable Settings Wizard in S3D or an equivalent feature in other slicers to achieve optimal results.
