A two-piece wall clock.
A first circle or crown that supports the numbers, and a central element with the mechanism.
The crown with the numbers consists of 4 pieces ( quarter round for clock) to bring together and glue to form the circle. We then glue the hour numbers. Attention to the space between the numbers: If the 12 the 3, the 6, and the 9 are easy to position, it is more delicate to put the other numbers in the right place. Use the edges of the crown to find the exact positions of the other numbers.

This one is square and has 56mm of side and 15mm of thickness; with the axis of the needles we arrive at 35mm
It has 3 needles ( H, M,S,) and it is totally silent.
You can quite use any mechanism that fits this type of wall clock, there are many models on the Internet. The central element consists of two parts, the mechanism, hidden behind a green circle of 80mm in diameter The axis of the hands has a thread of 8mm in diameter. the green circle is pierced in its center of a hole of 8mm
For my clock, the two elements are separated: the crown is fixed to the wall by two nails X, one between the 1 and 2 of noon, and a nail X in the 6; then you have to find on the wall, the exact center of the crown to position the second element and have the hands pass regularly all around the crown. The distance between the top X-nail and the X-nail of the mechanism is between 85 and 90 mm
