In this file (that you can download) there is one wall clock, divided in 5 files in stl, for printing with a fdm or a sla printer, the detailed design allows for close-ups and renders, and the native model is made with rhino, using the grasshopper plug.in, and rendered in Keyshot. For the clock mechanism, most of the ones sold online should be fine, you may only have problems with the size of the mechanism cover box.
