Wall clip for Leaf Charger

I'm looking for a straightforward solution to keep our Nissan Leaf's charger cord tidy. A simple wall clip will do the trick. I opted for an open version at my wife's request, so we can easily move the charger if needed. The closed version might be more durable, but it's not as flexible. We mounted both into studs in the garage wall, and a heavy-duty drywall anchor would likely work just as well.
