High-quality polygonal 3D model of a building wall. The 3D file includes: * .max (3ds Max 2010 for separate models) * .max (3ds Max 2010 for the scene, whose models are presented as XRef Objects with Proxy Object option) * .max (3ds Max 2012 for the scene, whose models are presented as XRef Objects with Proxy Object option) * .obj (low poly) * .obj (high poly) * .fbx (low poly) *.fbx (high poly) For all scenes with XRef Objects, the Proxy Object option is used to save time and improve Viewport performance. All paths in the scene are relative to the project folder for easy navigation. 3D models are organized by layer for efficient scene management. Named objects and materials simplify navigation through complex scenes. The scene arrangement is standardized, making it easy to use our product throughout the design process. The XRef link system reduces file size and increases viewport speed by using low-poly proxy representations of models. This allows you to change mapping and material directly in the scene without modifying external files. Each original model can have a unique color solution for each scene. This approach offers several advantages, including smaller work files that can be used on regular equipment without expensive machines. If you prefer not to use XRef links, our product includes an alternative scene where all models are presented in their original mesh.
