High quality polygonal 3D model of a building wall designed by Theme REX. The 3D File includes multiple formats for easy compatibility. The 3D file includes .max files for 3ds Max 2010, with separate models and scenes that use XRef Objects with Proxy Object option for quick saving and Viewport drawings. The paths in the scene are relative to the project folder, making it easy to navigate. 3d model objects are located on corresponding layers for easy scene management, named objects, materials, and layers simplify navigation. The scene is set up for easy use with 3ds Max 2010 or higher and VRay 2.0 or higher. The standardized scene arrangement allows you to effectively design and project using our product. Named object layers and materials make it easy to orientate yourself in the wide range of scenes, making the work process much easier. XRef links simplify the basic scene by reducing the file's size and increasing the speed of work in viewports due to low-poly copies for proxy representation. The link system allows you to change mapping and material of models directly in the scene without correcting external original files, giving each model a unique color solution in every scene. This approach gives an absolute advantage with small work file sizes, allowing regular equipment to be used without expensive professional machines.
