I designed these to replace my garden path lights I bought at home depot that get broken due to people stepping on them. The light cover was designed for my specific nano lighting I purchase from Home Depot. However I've included the 'step' file of the design, for anyone that wants to retro fit them to another light type.

https://www.homedepot.ca/product/paradise-multi-colour-led-nano-spot-light-4-pack-/1000811438

The first image was the prototype I did with PLA to test fit and the cap was done in White before I had purchase Transparent Filament as send in the other photos.

Please post makes, it's nice to see the makes.

Print Settings

Printer:

Eryone Thinker S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.4

Infill:

20%

Filament:
Mech Solutions, Overture PETG
Black, Transparent

Notes:

When printing these parts I only support parts with 80% or greater over hangs, the rest should print without it.
The body was printed with Mech Solutions Black and the Lens Cover with Overture Transparent.
Post-Printing

Assembly

After cleaning up the print the lens slides in top first and then lines up with the pegs on the housing body, after that you can either use small screws to secure it or some hot glue.

Category: Outdoor & Garden
