Update: I added a second version with a raised fan guard, to give more clearance from the fan hub. It probably isn't needed, but provides a little more protection from knocks or from the print sagging. Model designed to be printed at 0.4 mm extrusion width and 0.2 mm layer height. In Prusa Slicer, I suggest manually adjusting all the extrusion widths to 0.4 mm, from their slightly higher defaults. Engineered supports should snap off cleanly after part cools. Check that fan spins freely and sand area above fan hub if it doesn't. I added a little margin, so this shouldn't be a problem if the printer is well calibrated.
