Demo video:https://youtu.be/AtXSNHs-qdoBuild video:https://youtu.be/Ogm0LRdyxiQUpdated info at bottom. This is a walking model of the W.1.K.1. or Wiki robot from the late 70s TV show Jason Of Star Command. The season 2 version is different from the season 1 version. The model was designed by measurements taken from the videos of the show on Youtube. It was scaled from a screen image with a human hand holding the robot so it may not be very accurate. There were also multiple versions used in season 2 with slightly different features. It is a claw foot walker just like the TV version. I had to change the walking mechanism from the TV show versions two crank system to get a more solid mechanism. It now uses the same basic design as my two legged Gonk droid. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6236507The parts required are:N20 gear motor rated 100 RPM at 12 Volts 3 AAA battery box3mm screws of various lengthsI use a kit of screws from Amazon called "iexcell 125 Pcs M3 x 8/10/12/16/20 Stainless Steel 304 Hex Socket Button Head Cap Screws Bolts Assortment Kit"5mm Blinking Red LED Diode Lights 1.5Hz Flashing150 to 220 Ohm resistorPower switchhttps://www.amazon.com/Position-Breadboard-Electronic-Miniature-SlideSwitch/dp/B09R43HCY3/ref=psdc_306596011_t1_B07RTJDW27?th=1A couple of things I failed to mention in the build video:The main_body needs supports. I showed where to put them in the build video but I forgot to show that the 2 overhangs on the back of the body need support. The legs also need support. The motor should turn counter clockwise. When you solder the wires to the motor, test it with a battery pack and use a black Sharpie to color the wire that gives the proper rotation. Update:I got the AMS system on my Bambu LabsA1 Mini hooked up and printed some of the parts in multiple colors. I had to enlarge the lettering on the body because the features were too small for the printer to print. I have updated that file. I also added the Bambu Studios project files for printing the body, legs, and feet. I updated a couple of the photos but some still show the painted version.
