Walking stick holder for a wall or a wheelchair
thingiverse
Create a practical and secure walking stick holder for a wheelchair or wall mount. Once printed and assembled, attach the holder to the wheelchair using velcro tape, or opt for bolt holes for a more permanent mounting to the wheelchair or a wall. Before printing, verify the diameter of your walking cane. This design was specifically tuned for the "HurryCane" folding cane. If you use a different cane, simply measure its diameter, subtract a few millimeters, and adjust the values in WalkingStickHolder.scad. You'll need to regenerate WalkingStickHolder_Part1.stl in OpenSCAD after making these changes. The assembly process is straightforward - insert Part2 into the hole of Part1, then slide Part3 onto the end of Part1 until it clicks into place. Consider printing two holders if you use a non-folding cane.
