Walking Minecraft Creeper

Run!!! It's the Minecraft Creeper! this Creeper actually kinda walks! It however, won't blow up (hopefully) Incorporated in this design is a simple mechanism that translates the rotational motion into a linear motion making it “walk” as you roll the creeper the feet move forward and back. This is based on the scotch yoke design but modified to have 2 yokes on one wheel that are not aligned (one foot forward, one back). There is an instruction on how to glue the assembly together, the entire model just needs 4 points of super glue (2 on each side) where the feet attach to the main hub. SOME IMPORTANT POINTS: 1.) Due to the plastic being smooth, for now, It only works on certain surfaces, the ones I tried are: Certain carpets Skin (like your hand) Sandpaper Canvas bed sheet 2.) Make sure not to paint over the mechanism, the first one I made lost its smoothness when I painted it compared to a unpainted one. Applying WD-40 also works as a lubricating agent making the motion smooth. 3.) The head is also on a peg so you can rotate it, I have added tape around the neck so it will be snug. 4.) Try Printing at a larger scale so that there will be more surface area on the wheel. Hope you like it!
