This is an advanced support system for the GPS module in the Walkera Runner 250 Advance drone. The standard one tends to fail frequently after crashes and is notoriously difficult to repair consistently. This upgraded design comes in two separate parts, which are secured to the frame and the top plate respectively, using tabs that ensure accurate alignment and a strong bond when super-glued together. If the GPS module sustains sufficient impact damage, the adhesive holding it in place breaks away, allowing users to simply reapply glue as needed without causing additional harm or stress to the device. So far, this upgrade has saved me a significant amount of time and frustration associated with repeatedly repairing the original mount.
