Walker Tray Support
thingiverse
Supports to stabilize a tray for a walker frame. We ordered the tray from a large online retailer and when it arrived, we found it was really unstable on the walker. I printed 4 sets of the support parts and attached them to support the tray. Without the supports, the tray would tilt forward or backward, often dumping the contents onto the floor. Having the tray stabilized has greatly increased independence as it is easy to carry items on the tray. Even though the tray looks like it is elevated by the supports, the tray is only about 1/16th of an inch higher than where it rested without the supports. In order to support a tray, 4 sets of the support are needed as well as 8 m4 nuts and 8 m4x16 screws. Some potential mods: * extend the supports * widen the screw holes to make inserting m4 screws easier
