I bought a cheap 3€ bike light from action (discounter store in europe) and i really like it because its usb-c chargable and pretty strong. But on the first day the rubber holder broke and i had no replacement until today (-: Just take a few cable ties and you can attach it to the saddle pipe. be aware that it is not the strongest construction and it can break if you tighten the cable ties to much. The inner diameter of the holder is 30mm and should the most saddle pipes.
