This waiting room prop is designed with 16,445 polygons in DAZ Studio format, featuring doors on the left and right walls leading to side rooms and a reception area at the rear wall. The shutters can be adjusted up or down while the doors open using Pose Control dials. The walls and ceiling are separate parts that can also be shown or hidden. The prop comes with two texture schemes for doctor's office and car dealership, both rendered with Iray shaders in DAZ Studio 4.9 and above. However, it is not recommended for use in other software programs.
