Wahoo KICKR 2014 Drive Ring Removal Tool
thingiverse
Designed for the first generation Wahoo KICKR direct drive bike trainer, this tool mates with the drive ring and allows removal with either a 1/2" breaker bar or giant crescent wrench. Since the drive ring is tightened by pedaling, you'll want to print this with thick walls (IIRC I used 12 layers - enough so there’s no infill in the important part) and securely mount the flywheel to something stationary - I removed the plastic covers & screwed it into a workbench to keep it from rotating. The square hole won't fit over the axle so the flywheel will need to be removed to use this but feel free to re-design to allow that if you've got some clever way of keeping it stationary while still mounted. I printed a few using PLA+ using thick wall settings and they worked perfectly. Due to the amount of force involved, you might want to consider these as single-use/disposable.
