I would highly recommend using generic out front GPS/GOPRO mounts available on the bay for under $10. If you happen to have a stash of these generic mounts lying around, then you can try adapting them. These mounts require inserts, which can be either official Wahoo inserts from K-edge or generic Garmin inserts. The blue K-edge inserts cost approximately $5 and seem to fit perfectly. However, the black Garmin inserts are slightly different in size, featuring smaller dimensions with wider mounting holes. To attach the insert, you have two options: use 2 M3 heat set brass inserts or apply epoxy/glue directly to secure it in place.
