PLEASE NOTE - this is still a Work in Progress and may change over time as I try different configurations of jack positions etc. The overall design however won't change much.The prototype shown in the photos houses a Madbean WIGL vibe, with the pedal controlling the Rate and the depth control adjusted on the side, but you can configure it as you need by using the plugs.The plugs for the I/O jacks, DC socket and Pots are sized to fit the standard parts I use, so they may not fit your hardware. I have included a blank plug you can modify as required, or use to blank off any unused holes.For Assembly:The Hinge is attached to the main chassis with 3x10mm machine screws.The Treadle is attached to the footplate with 2 of 2x10mm countersunk woodscrews.The Footplate is attached to the hinge with 2 of 3x20mm countersunk woodscrewsThe baseplate is attached to the main chassis with 3 of 2x10mm countersunk woodscrewsThe circuit board was simply hot glued in place (a more elegant solution may happen)The grip is optional (feel free to design your own) and simple glued on with CA.All the parts have been designed to be printed flat side down to minimise the amount of support required, but supports are recommended to ensure the jack holes etc print correctly. Everything was printed in PLA+ at 0.2mm later height, with 4 walls and 25% infill.Please feel free to shoot me a question if anything is unclear or if you have a particular configuration that isn't currently catered for - My intention is to make this as flexible as possible.
